Drain is completely blocked

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4632050.

Last time there was heavy rain in came all way down Cotham Brow and into Eastfield Road - a huge volume of water. This drain completely blocked which is between mini roundabout on Redland road/ Cotham Brow intersection and turning into Eastfield Road. Worries Eastfield Road could flood particularly some of basement flats
