Tree touching house

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4634111.

I have put 2 reports in for this tree overhanging and touching house, causing other problems. You have closed them saying that council don’t see a problem. Its not a problem to anyone else apart from the people living in the property that tree is touching please can you advise where i can go with this problem? Do i contact the school directly?
