Trees and bushes causing an obstruction and danger while crossing the road

The trees and bushes on the right hand side of the picture are causing a major obstruction of the view of the road. This is a road leading down from the Willmotts park leading to Imperial Park shopping centre, which is used by adults and kids daily. I have had 2 near misses with cars while trying to cross the road with my newborn in the pram as you just cannot see anything coming down the hill without actually stepping out into the road! It is extremely dangerous especially when people tend to go quite fast on that road. It is a yearly issue as the area doesn't seem to be getting any maintenance especially when the trees and bushes are in full bloom. Its only a matter of time before there is an accident on that road that can be easily avoided! Please get this sorted as soon as possible as I am genuinely scared to get to the shops I need to with my child.
