The park is not locked and there are gangs of people playing basketball all night in this residential area. Emmaus Bristol supported accommodation clients live opposite Dings Park and are not able to sleep. We house vulnerable people and we are concerned that this might end in an altercation.

Park needs to be locked at night as full of people travelling from far away in cars coming to hang and play basket ball all night. V disturbing for residents and unsafe.
