Nos 14 and 16 Churchways Avenue have tree touching property, also difficult to park beneath the tree due to overhanging branches . Both houses now suffering from lack of light at the front, front garden and bike storage covered in sticky sap from aphids dripping from the tree. Can they be pollarded asap.
