Drain overflowing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4642743.

Property 130 and 132 Nibley road Shirehampton, drain is overflowing into property. I have fixed the problem several times on site but feel there is a problem outside of the properties in the drain leading to the bust stop near by
