Rats full in this bush.

This bush is full of rats people keep dumbing their rubbish in the bushes here I have my little kids playing outside in the garden which is right next to the bushes sorry but the council needs to come down and do something about it I always trim the side of it otherwise it's out growing where the entrance to my garage is. but im more concerned as my children are playing I had to buy rat poison and place along side my garage and garden because I have seen them coming from those bushes. this is a health problem because if my 3 year old and my 11 months old twins my wife is scared to go out in our own garden because the kids my get bit or scratched from the rats.
