New slab, broken and unseated

The black bin lorry seems to have crushed and unseated the new slab, which you very kindly put in a few months ago. There is another next door to it which has been unseated by the weight of the vehicle. When they are replaced it probably needs to be done bearing in mind the weight of vehicles which frequently drive up onto the curb at that point?
