Hedges overgrown and brambles protruding

The hedges at the back of 1 Wymbush Gardens/42 Maynard Rd (I cant tell which property they belong to) are overgrown and brambles are now growing further out meaning you cannot walk on the pavement while holding a childs hand and you cannot push a pram past without risking baby being hit in the pace with the brambles
