People blocking driveway by parking between number 2 and number 4 Belmont road

People often park between number 2 and number 4 Belmont road, this blocks the driveway at number 2 Belmont road. Sometimes people park all the way across the driveway. I believe it needs some yellow lines to stop anyone parking there where there is not enough space for one car.
