Cars parked all day or frequently in freeway / on double yellow. Obstructing buses, cars, cyclists and scooter riders. Slowing traffic. Increasing pollution and journey time. Endangering cyclists and scooter riders, causing frustration for drivers (in hot weather). Please stop them.
