Growth on base and tops of trees

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4648368.

Constituents are complaining that as the height of trees in this road is not being managed the roots continue to expand damaging walls and causing cracks in homes. Please can we reduce the height of these trees to limit that, and also address any shoots growing around the base of the tree trunks at the same time.
