The trees are touching our roof and knocking the tiles and the one tree is overhanging the conservatory.

The trees from Blaise Castle Estate are overhanging our house and are damaging the roof. There is also a tree overhanging the conservatory which needs cutting back as it could drop branches on the conservatory and damage it. The Council was approached last year to prune the trees but unfortunately I didn't hear back (presumably short staffing). However, this year it is beginning to damage our property and needs doing as soon as possible. Many thanks.
