Close this section of road permanently

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4659590.

Close the section of road adjacent to the Redfield Educate Together Primary School and the Red brick flats. It is used as a rat run from 6.00am onwards, through out the day. Put a permanent car barrier at the Avonvale road end and allow residents of the flats only to use it for parking. This would stop traffic from using it as a rat run, and cyclist could use it as a safer travel route into town rather than Church road. Make Victoria road into a residents only / cycle freeway.
