Overhanging hedges obscures the public footpaths

Many properties on this road have hedges which are overhanging the pathways causing people with baby pushchairs or who use wheel chairs to get off the safety of the pavement and use the road. Also made worse when there are parked cars. This is an important route to Stoke Bishop School so you can imagine at certain times of the day how dangerous it can be !
