Sunken Manhole Cover

There is a large dip where the manhole cover has sunk in the middle of the road. It is in my opinion extremely dangerous for two wheeled transport and only a matter of time before a serious accident or worse happens. It is also very noisy and preventing my household and neighbours from sleeping at night. It has been marked with white chalk for months but it has not been sorted.
