Grass cutting

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4715846.

The grass outside 38 Avon Way (which runs from Avon Way around into Branscombe Road) has not been cut since last year. Normally it is cut in April or May. Could this be rectified please as it is looking very unsightly and is a trap for litter, and due to the steep bank I am unable to cut myself with a normal mower.
