The manhole cover is too deep

The cover of the manhole is too deep and as a result I punctured the tire on the car and the rim was damaged.

  • The cover of the manhole is too deep and as a result I punctured the tire on the car and the rim was damaged. The damage was caused by running over a manhole just after the first bridge on the left side of Kings Weston Lane BS11 Bristol. I hope that someone will contact me and the costs I incurred to replace the tire will be refund. Not to mention how much it will cost me to repair the rim.
