Hedge obstructs over 80% of pavement. Roadsign now obstructed

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4719211.
The hedge at 38 Oakwood Road BS9 4NT obstructs the majority of the pavement on Rockside Drive. It is now covering the roadsign. Drivers from Oakwood Road will have blocked view. A double buggy cannot pass. On Wednesday 15 March 2023 BCC stated 'We have sent an enforcement letter to request that the land owner takes action on the issue raised.' Nothing has been done.

The hedge has still not been cut back. Is there not a rule as to how much a hedge can consume a public pavement to prevent it being an obstruction?

A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
