I have tried to report via the Council's missed collection form but it is not accepting my report. See attached screen shot. Green waste bin needs collecting 15 Park Crescent. BS5 7AT.

Hi. Left this or again this Monday. Still not collected Still can't report as missed collection via BCC website me can someone please just pick up?
