Overgrown shrub blocking pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4727178.

A large leafy shrub in the garden of 38 Downend Road has been allowed to grow and fully block the pavement. People have to walk into the road to get past it.
