Water utility cover still missing, Jarvis Street

This is a follow-up report to the previous report regarding a damaged (and then eventually missing) water utility cover on the pavement on Jarvis Street (reference 4224262). The previous report was closed, but as the attached photo taken today shows, there is still no new water utility cover and the hole in the pavement from the lack thereof is still present. Once again, very dangerous considering this pavement to be next to a school.
