Red “Do Not Cross” icon not illuminated, Barrow Road

As the attached photo demonstrates, the red “Do Not Cross” illuminated icon is not displayed at the traffic light pedestrian crossing on Barrow Road. A similar issue was reported of before (reference 2988324) but was marked as “Resolved”. Evidently though, the icon has now gone out once again.
