Vehicle parked dangerously for over a month in a residential area

This vehicle has been parked at this spot for over a month and is obscuring car's view, when from pulling out of Pilgrims Wharf onto Wyatts View.

I have nearly had two car accidents already as I cannot see incoming cars over this van.

Can we please either get a mirror installed on that junction so we can see incoming traffic or get a double yellow line in place for an area around that section so it becomes safe to drive there again?
