Grass verges left uncut all year causing issues

Reported via iOS anonymously at 09:03, Thursday 6 July 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4755539.

The grass verges along Lake Road are usually cut 3-4 times a year. This year, they have not been cut back at all. We now have issues with dog mess and flies as people can no longer clear their dog mess from inside the long grass or don’t even try. We now have issues with dogs getting infections from the long grass. Because of the entries to Baddock Woods, the area is well scented and dogs are routinely pulling into the grass to pick up scents of other dogs. Please please cut the grass back as you have done on Westbury Road and Vintry Leas.
