Unusable dropped kerb at tactile

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4759247.

The tactile across Old Bread St at jn with New Kingsley St on south kerblinehas a kerb check that make sit unusable by wheelchairs/pushchairs. Additionally, there is no matching crossing on opposite side and double yellow lines not completed, meaning cars often block it.
