Large advertising hoarding unnecessarily obstructing footway. Attempt made to cordon off footway by contractors using fencing and footway closed sign (opened up by public minded people of Bristol). Hazard for pedestrians, partially sighted, children, etc etc. Please investigate and require removal of hoarding immediately.
