Plant (Budleia ) disappeared

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4759740.

Has been cut with what looks like a chain saw, now this patch of land looks like a dump, none of weeds etc were cut bck, just this plant, would like to know if the council workers did this, if so why? please contact customer
