Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4761934.

Double temporary traffic lights on a busy road. No sign of any work being done. Traffic is regularly at stand still with lots of fumes. Second time in 6 months temporary traffic lights have been in place
