Drain positioned too high to be effective

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 19:36, Sun 9 July 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4766912.

The drains along West Town Avenue are not great in general, however the drain at the very bottom of the Avenue (at the top of the driveway to 8a) is in an elevated position which is stopping the water from draining away effectively. This is causing the water to puddle and, with the force of the water coming down the hill when it is raining, is then flooding down the driveway into 8a's garage/property. Can this please be looked at?
