Bins on pedestrian footpath overflowing

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 09:40, Mon 10 July 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4768210.

The two bins located on the pedestrian footpath between sandhill and bloomfield road, the footpath between sandy park and sainsburys, to the rear of churchill road bs4 3rw are overflowing. rubbish is still being left including foot waste. there is a massive rat problem in brislington, and residents of churchill road often find rats in the gardens that back onto the lane and the rubbish is definitely making it worse. can they be emptied asap and regularly ongoing
