Road gulley blocked with concrete fines washoff

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 10:43, Tue 11 July 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4773350.

The road gulley at the junction of Sydenham Road and Nugent Hill was completly blocked last autumn when the concrete lorry pouring foundations washed out at the end (foundations for new house opposite 23 Sydenham Road). This has previously been reported and now is apparently discontinued although completly blocked up to grille level. The builders should be held liable not the council tax payers for remedial work - probably the replacement of the road gulley.
