White lines faded that indicate the need to stop
Reported via mobile in the Roads category anonymously at 20:06, Wednesday 12 July 2023
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4780637.
The faded white lines mean cars coming down both west and east parade don't think they need to stop at thus junction and there is a children's play area just there. I have experienced a near muss myself, seen other near musses and last Saturday there was an accident involving two young children. The right of way is unclear at a point in the crossroads where it needs to be VERY clear. Really hope you can sort this. Thsnk you. Sue Hatton Purplehazehatton@me.com

Note that nothing has been done regarding the faded stop/give way lines on this junction for a long time, they are virtually none existent now, the priority of the junction was changed a few years ago. Many people have experienced near misses here! It would probably take a white lining crew from the council an hour or less so to sort this out, it's currently an accident waiting to happen, possible a fatality!
