Gate still not secure

As reported in reference 4775094. The gate that provides access to the green at BS4 5JB is still not secure. You reported that this was fixed, but this is incorrect. The chain is in place at the top but the gate can still be opened sufficiently for people to get through. The picture demonstrates this. The gate is now being used by an ever increasing number of children and now adults for access/short cut to Brislington school. There is also a safety issue with this as the gate has numerous sharp edges that could injure a child. A second chain at the bottom of the gate would easily solve this issue.
