Drain - Completely blocked with mud

The blocked drain is on the peak of the island where the roads split. This drain has been blocked for upwards of a year. I have reported the problem before but has either been wrongly marked as complete, or the wrong drain was cleaned as the actual drain isn't marked on the interactive map. When flooded it makes it very hard to cross the road safely as cars swing round this corner to turn around and means I have to cross where I have little visibility.
