Overgrown grass and trees

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4807052.

I have previously reported this to all BCC departments, grass is overgrown as you turn into Penpole Lane which is dangerous due to obscuring visibility for traffic, all trees are overgrown and hitting overhead cables, pedestrians unable to walk on pavement Penpole Close/Penpole Lane due to overgrown brambles
