I have reported this problem (Dangerously uneven surface due to slabs protruding from the ground.)several times over the past few years including lastly in June 2021. I was informed that this issue would be resolved when you next carried out maintenance on the pavement. Recently a slurry seal process was carried out on Cotham Road however it did not include the area on the pavement outside my driveway as it cannot be put on concrete as I was informed by Pronin the contractors. Hence I would liek to request remedial action to put this matter right using whatever materials are suitable and resolve this situation.

This problem has been around for 10 years when I first reported it in 2013. It has not been taken into account during your analysis for the maintenance on the road as an unsuitable material was used for covering the surface outside my residence. I would like to have a follow up action to resolve this.
