Bag of builders' rubble over road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4823352.

Yesterday a lorry must have dropped a bag of rubble onto the road and this is now strewn over the middle of Westbury Hill, creating dust, and I am sure cars would rather not have to drive over this.
