Recent resurfacing has caused an uneven surface.

You will see from the photo that recent resurfacing on the pavement outside 23 & 24 Church Road, BS9 3EQ...the surface is now very uneven and creates puddles during heavy rain. This could lead to flooding. The pavement needs re surfacing with a cantor towards the road.
