Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4888407.
Serious rutting problems at bus stop on Canford Lane (city-bound) by Carlton Court. Rutting caused by wheels of buses. Serious trip hazard for people crossing road at this location between the bus stops. I almost went flying as I stumbled across the rutting. An elderly friend told me that his wife tripped and banged her head on the trief kerb by the bus stop, requiring a hospital visit. Please can this be addressed asap. This stop is heavily trafficked, so it's no wonder that it is so rutted. Please can you find a long-term solution to prevent future rutting: Metrobus stops have a concrete base.

I very nearly fell over this yesterday (04 October 2023). It is now nearly 2 months since it was first reported and a month since a job was raised. Please raise this to the highest priority before someone is seriously injured.
