Lila connect crumbling road repair 50% remaining unfixed

I recently reported an issue with the road repairs by Lila connect 4407970. Someone came and repaired half the issue but the remaining is still very uneven with the vehicles passing over causing ongoing damage to the surrounding road surface... Not sure why they did half a job. Please can we have the full repair completed to prevent the issue worsening?
