Blocked drain outside 50 Felix Rd

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4911940.

This has been previously reported around a year ago with a blocked drain at 66 Felix. 66 Felix was cleared but the drain has not been attended to at 50 Felix Rd.
