Damaged wooden bollard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4915904.

Wooden bollard installed at edge of grass area (adopted highway) years ago to prevent people cutting across the pavement in their cars. This bollard is now rotten and loose and people are removing it to drive along pavement. Plse can a new bollard be reinstalled or can a metal one by placed on the pavement edge where pavement meets grass.
