Missing utility cover, Freestone Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4930010.

Located where the pin has been dropped on the map, can be found a hole in the pavement from where an (electrical?) utility cover has been removed of, exposing the cables below and presenting a fall hazard.
