Overgrowth of bushes and weeds

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4930074.

Whole street is full of mature plants in gutters and on pavement or overhanging. Fine for insects but some of them are obstructing the pavement. Could these be reduced once the flowering season is over? Don't think there has been any sort of vegetation removed for about 3 years
