Blocked drains causing flooding dangerous for cars

Flooding across whole road, water coming up path, worse I’ve ever seen it. Drains blocked not taking water away and leaves blocking some. Dangerous for vehicles coming around bend into deep water. Neighbours had to go out and clear putting themselves at risk from drivers coming around bend into deep water. Can the drains be unblocked, flooding signs provided to stop traffic when flooded.
