My neighbors modified the path and now during the rain all the mud flows towards the house where I'm live. The drains are full of mud and blocked causing flooding when it rains in the front of the house and beyond.

    Can I have an update on this please. The drains are still blocked and full of leaves and mud. I'm worried that when the rains start will be problem with flooding again.
