Overgrown hedge blocking pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4937111.

Rented property tenants and landlord do zero maintenance They were contacted a year ago and cut hedge but nothing since and hedge has obviously grown back. Problem for pedestrians walking down the Wells Road
