Blocked drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4939803.

This area frequently floods in heavy rain making it impassable on a bike and has done for at least a year. I have noticed cycling in dry weather that there is a blocked drain (gully?) in this area, filled to the top with silt. I cannot take a photo as I cycle past and it's a busy road. Please please can this be dealt with.
