Light no.27 Infront stone wall,pl opposite Sefton Park road junction, is always lit, running up a wasted electric bill.

Streetlight no.27 permanently lit, near postbox in stone wall, opposite Sefton Park Rd junction. Been lit for weeks now.

  • Thank you for raising this concern. We are aware of the situation, and this is due to the LED citywide rollout programme. For more information, please visit https://www.bristol.gov.uk/ residents/ streets-travel/ upgrading-to-led-street-lighting We have added this light to the list that requires further attention. There is a communication issue between the lighting central monitoring system (CMS) and the light, and the contractors are working hard to rectify this which is being handled remotely so that the light is not on all day.
